A Homegrown Legacy: All Pro Cleaning Systems by All Pro Cleaning Systems
All Pro Cleaning Systems is a commercial cleaning company providing specialized services for restaurants, offices, and hospitals. The company also offers a variety of other services including residential cleaning. With a network of over 250 service providers and continuously growing, All Pro Cleaning Systems takes pride in always having a team ready to handle any job necessary.
With a goal to bring quality and efficient cleaning into any location, All Pro Cleaning Services boasts a wide variety of crews, services, and scheduling options to provide cleaning at any location needed and customized to your schedule. Through their partnership with Ecolab, they ensure that all chemicals utilized are safe and appropriate to tackle any job.
Joe and Matthew Kozak established the Georgia branch of All Pro Cleaning Services in 2019. Joe led the company as owner with Matthew working alongside him to grow the business while also attending Georgia State University. The company started amidst the pandemic by providing Covid cleaning for restaurants and offices to help keep these local businesses open. With a handful of crews spread out to the east and west of Metro Atlanta, their business experienced tremendous growth into what it is today.
Under the leadership of Joe, the company expanded to encompass more than 80 crews with each consisting of multiple team members. Before stepping away from the business, Joe and Matthew led the company together until Matthew took over the reins solely in May of 2023. Joe remains the biggest source of inspiration for Matthew, largely due to his guidance in teaching his son to follow in his footsteps to continue nurturing the company that they built together.
The majority of the Kozak family lives further north near Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, making Matthew the only member of his family residing in Georgia currently. For most of his life, Matthew shares, “It was just my father and I stumbling our way through as a father-son troublemaking duo!” Growing up in this community, Matthew attended Kings Ridge Christian School for elementary and middle school before transferring to nearby Cambridge High School where he met many great friends and teachers. Joe served as Matthew’s baseball coach and a board member for AYBA (Alpharetta Youth Baseball Association) at Bell Memorial Park as well as a senior board member for the Hopewell Youth Organization at Wills Park.
Once they started All Pro Cleaning Services together, Matthew and Joe spent their days traveling across the state jamming to the music of The Beatles or The Who as they made their way from one appointment to the next.
With a majority of his time spent in the car as he travels between locations, Matthew keeps his mind active with books, music, and podcasts—making Audible the most used app on his phone. He appreciates being able to see and experience the natural beauty of our state as he moves between locations around Georgia.
Matthew looks forward to the opportunity to foster relationships with fellow community members of his hometown.

Stacey’s passion has always been in creating connections. Whether it be connecting two like-minded individuals, connecting a person to a product or service, or connecting businesses to the local community, she has always put an emphasis on how her work can help others.
Working with local businesses to problem solve and grow their brands and customer base through custom solutions and content marketing, Stacey brings a wealth of experience from her previous work in higher education marketing and branding. Stacey resides in Milton, GA with her husband, three children, and three rescued pups. She is a past president of the Crabapple Crossing Elementary School PTO, a member of the Milton chapter of the National Charity League, an elected parent representative on the Milton High School School Governance Council, and an avid tennis player. She loves being part of the Milton and Crabapple communities and can't think of a job better suited for her talents and interests.
